Ingredients 2 (6 1/2 oz.) packages Shawnee Mills Pizza Crust Mix 1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon luke-warm water 1 Tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup chopped dates 1-1/2 teaspoons instant fast rising or bread machine yeast

Directions Add ingredients to bread machine according to owners' manual. If using a delayed time bake cycle, place sugar and cinnamon away from yeast. Five minutes after starting bread machine, check contents of bread pan. If dough is too dry, add additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time. If dough looks too wet, add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time. When baking is completed remove bread from pan and cool on a wire rack. Yield: makes one, 1lb. Loaf
