Shawnee Milling Company has seven country elevators in prime wheat growing regions in Oklahoma. These area constantly produce some of the highest quality wheats. Our company owned elevators allow us to control the quality of wheat we receive and maintain that control through storage and shipping. By maintaining this type of tight control over our wheats, we are able to achieve a high standard of mill mixing blends.

Shawnee Milling Company's Laboratory and Product Development departments provide practical, timely, and accurate information so our personnel can make decisions in grain procurement, milling and product packing. Our analytical services do include standardization methods associated with our industry including some rapid analytical testing methods. Our Product Development group is very helpful to our clients, offering product ideas and baking experiences.
